Through years of experience working in restaurants and exploring diverse approaches to the culinary arts, a dream emerged in Emir. That dream was to open a restaurant in the heart of his city, Sarajevo, and offer something new, something no one else could.
It would be an intimate place where guests could enjoy the finest combinations of international cuisine paired with the best of Bosnian hospitality. The restaurant will be called "Bon Appetit Sarajevo."
